This event is FREE for individuals to attend. However, there is a £5 car parking fee, 100% of which will go directly to the craftspeople of Grandey’s Place.

The Heritage Crafts Open Day @ Grandey’s Place
Join us for our annual Open Day on Sunday 7th September, 10am-4pm, when we will be throwing open the doors of our beautifully appointed studios and workshops and inviting you to enter our world of exceptional crafts and heritage crafts.
Tour the site at your own pace, meet all our master artists and makers, and learn about their specialisms including:

LETTERCARVING
CERAMICS & SCULPTURAL CERAMICS
MILLINERY
COSTUME MAKING FOR OSCAR WINNING DESIGNERS
STAINED GLASS MAKING & CONSERVATION

METALWORK and MORE!
PLEASE NOTE: Parking spaces MUST be booked in advance. Choose from one of two heritage craft sessions from 10am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 4pm. If you choose the morning slot and overrun, please be sure to vacate Grandey's Place by 1pm to make room for our afternoon visitors. Afternoon visitors, please note that gates close at 4.30pm sharp. If you're coming by public transport, taxi, on foot or by bike, there is no need to book and there are no time restrictions; just turn up when you like within opening hours.
Light refreshments including sourdough breads, pastries and hot and cold drinks, will be available to purchase from our on-site Heritage Grains bakery, Micro Bakery.
