Stride & Ride is a commuter bus service that runs from Sainsbury’s/Thorley Shopping Centre directly to Bishop’s Stortford Train Station during the morning and vice versa during the evenings from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Passengers who have purchased their weekly tickets in advance will be collected from the bus stop at the back of Sainsbury’s/Thorley Shopping Centre, Friedburg Avenue, Thorley Park. There will be no further stops until the bus reaches The Three Tuns PH Bus Stop which is close to the back of Bishop’s Stortford Train Station.

During the evenings passengers will be collected from the front of Bishop's Stortford Train Station at Bus Interchange Stop E and returned to the rear of Sainsbury's/Thorley Shopping Centre.

You can book a weekly seat on a morning departure at 06:30, 06:50, 07:09, 07:30 or 07:49.
