Ground works will commence in Sworders Field Monday 16th March 2026. The work consists of the preparation and laying of a Heavy-Duty vehicle track. 

Notices will be out today in locations effected between the road bridge and the skate park advising the public of our intent and warning of slow-moving plant in the area next week, it would be impracticable to close the area completely due to the requirement of moving a large amount of topsoil in the park area.

Soft landscaping around the skate park will be seeded to enhance the skate park.  

Works are scheduled for 2 weeks but may complete sooner.
