  • Limited numbers of audience members or participants

  • Stewards will be aware of the most up to date government issued guidelines and have use of masks and/or visors, gloves, anti-bacterial wipes and sanitizer
  • Everyone will be asked whether if they or anyone in their household/bubble are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or if they have travelled abroad and need to isolate upon their return or have been contacted by NHS track and trace and asked to self-isolate
  • Equipment will be sanitized and our suppliers will be following the most up to date Covid guidance
  • Contactless entry
  • Queuing areas will be marked to encourage social distancing between those queuing
  • Where there is a food and drinks offering orders will be taken online, on apps or over the telephone and delivered by the food/drink supplier to the customer’s seat/area to be consumed there
  • Each audience member or participant will be asked to scan the NHS Test and Trace QR code upon entry
  • There will be socially distanced portaloos onsite with an increased cleaning schedule
  • Created an enclosed area for the event to take place in

Please also play your part by:

  • Not coming to the event if you or anyone in your household/bubble have any Covid-19 symptoms or if you/they have travelled abroad and need to isolate upon returning or if you/they have been contacted by NHS track and trace and you/they are asked to self-isolate
