3. SAFETY ALARMS TO SIXTH FORM PUPILS
Cllr Mrs Hollebon, in her capacity as Deputy Mayor, was very pleased to present the safety alarms to the Youth Councillors, who would be taking the alarms back to their schools to be distributed to sixth form girls. Members noted with regret that the Press had again not been in attendance to report on the work of the Youth Council or to photograph the presentation of the alarms. The Chairman agreed to speak to the local newspaper to report on the achievement of the Youth Council in bringing this project to fruition.
