An expert led day tour exploring Sir Frederick and Lady Gibberd's life and art including the Gibberd Gallery and his important 20th Century watercoloour collection, Harlow's hidden scultpture gems, including Moore and Rodin. Brookfest 2018: after 2017's inaugural event, Brookfest returns with a stella line up of local talent. An annual one-day, charity, family friendly music festival deep in the Hertfordshire countryside. Brookfest takes place at Brook Cottage Farm RIding School, Furneux Pelham on Saturday 30th June 2018. Gates open at 12.30pm with live music over two stages all day. Uncle Funk and the Boogie Wonderland will be headling at 8.30pm. Also appearing will be Indie and the Vegas, Jack the Lad, the 7T's, Beans and Biscuits, Pharoah and the Beats and up and coming bands Riveria and Slap. There will be interactive tents including a yoga/mindfulness area. dance, art and craft, food and drink stalls along with activities for the children. Camping is available by prior arrangement and well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. This is a non-profit event raising money for the riding school's Riding for the Disabled (RDA) activities. Tickets are £17.50 for over 18's, £10 for 13-17 year olds, £5 for 5-12 year olds and under 5's are free.
