Agendas, Minutes and Other Documents

Here you can find minutes of committee and council meetings and other documents.   You can also find agendas of upcoming meetings (agendas are generally published 3-4 days before the meeting).

Appendices to Minutes and Agendas issued from July 8th 2010 are now online.  The appendices are contained in a separate folder the name of which starts with the same code as the corresponding agenda or minutes document (eg PLN100712)

Search Hints and Tips:

You can search the library (document titles only, currently it is not possible to search the content)

To find minutes of a particular committee search on a part of the committee name (eg Finance, Environment, Planning)

To find minutes from a particular year search on the two digit year number followed by a dot (eg 09. 10.)
