Agendas, Minutes and Other Documents

Here you can find minutes of committee and council meetings and other documents.   You can also find agendas of upcoming meetings.  Agendas are generally published 3-4 days before the meeting.  Minutes are generally published about 3-4 weeks after the meeting (to allow time for review and correctron). 

If you require minutes of a particular meeting and it is not on the site please contact us at enquiries@bishopsstortfordtc.gov.uk   The fix is currently being tested and the problem will be fixed very soon.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Search Hints and Tips:

You can search the library (document titles only, currently it is not possible to search the content)

To find minutes of a particular committee search on a part of the committee name (eg Finance, Environment, Planning)

To find minutes from a particular year search on the two digit year number followed by a dot (eg 09. 10.)
